My name is Josh and I am 26 years old. I have had RSD/CRPS for almost 3 years now. How did it start? We'll, we're not quite sure. I was working as a computer programmer, and I would notice after a while on the computer that my arm would hurt. Finally it got so bad I was in pain all the time and had to stop working. It took at least a year to get this condition diagnosed after seeing perhaps dozens of medical professionals which is not uncommon with people with RSD.

RSD is a very painful, frustrating condition. I have found that talking to other people with RSD has been so helpful but haven't found many to talk to on the web. That's what prompted me to put together this site. I am hoping it will be a great place for us with RSD to meet together to discuss coping strategies, treatments and the other things we need to talk about.
